Today, Mercedes-Benz India announced that all of its model prices will rise by up to 5%. The new prices will take effect on April 1st, 2023. According to the automaker, the price increase is the result of the currency’s decline in value relative to the euro, as well as rising input costs, such as logistics costs, which have been exerting significant pressure on the company’s overall operational costs.

In order to offset some of these costs, Mercedes-Benz also stated that the business has revised the ex-showroom prices of its model range upward. To maintain a healthy business, even though the corporation bears enormous expenditures, some of them will be passed on to the customers. It should be noted that this is the company’s second price increase for 2023.

The whole fleet of cars the business sells in India, including the top-of-the-line Maybach and a few well-liked models, would be subject to the new prices. The price increase will range from Rs 2 lakh to Rs 12 lakh depending on the car.
